How to complete the square (Advanced Form)

Before we proceed to learning the advanced form of completing the square, you might be interested to read our previous EduBlog post on the basic form of completing the square

Next, we can complete the square inside the brackets. On my previous edublog post on “how to complete the square”, I have shown the steps to complete the square. So we are going to use the same method to work on it.

Once we complete the square inside the “blue” brackets, bring the “2” inside the bracket by expanding.
